A brief intermission...
It’s important for me to be honest with you because it means I’m being honest with myself. Becoming a Hummingbird Rancher has been the most intensely joyful journey, and also one of extreme emotional and financial challenges.
I’ve chosen to document this experience for a couple of reasons - to create a written record of its potential success or failure; and to commune with others outside my regular sphere of influence. I hope in your reading you smile, occasionally chuckle, and find some small comfort that makes you feel less alone in your struggles.
